Peter Tzemis, BHSc – Peter has a bachelors of Health Science at Western University and is currently working on his Masters as a nutritionalist.
He also is founder of Peter Tzemis Fitness and offers nutritional training and optimization to his clients.
Natalie Butler, RDN, LD – Natalie is a holistic and functional medicine-based registered dietitian nutritionist with a passion to help others live their best life through food, fitness and a healthy lifestyle. She has expertise with a variety of diets and diseases, especially those of the digestive tract, and believes wholeheartedly that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for health. Natalie has an insatiable hunger for learning which helps her stay on top of the ever-evolving field of nutrition and human health research. Every day she builds in time to listen to podcasts and read science journals, the latest published studies and books from the world’s leading experts.
Natalie founded her own practice, Nutrition By Natalie, in 2007 and has been an advocate for nutrition since via social media, Youtube, print publications, radio, and her own website and blog – www.nutritionbynatalie.com. She currently consults for Apple, Inc. as a wellness dietitian, as a medical reviewer for Healthline.com, and as an advisory board member for Head Health, Inc. She also supports various other organizations and individuals through her services.
Natalie is married with two children and loves spending time with her family in the kitchen, garden and the great outdoors. She enjoys HIIT, yoga and barre, and outdoor activities like paddle-boarding, swimming and hiking. She is a foodie at heart, loves most cuisines, especially Indian and Thai, enjoys experiencing the Austin area’s amazing farm-to-table restaurants and rarely goes a day without dark chocolate or spicy food.
